The main goal of the project is to increase the health-service potential of the two counties on the border by dealing with the resources rationally and by specialisation and knowledge exchange. Mutual patient treatment is planned in the field of diagnosis, surgery and rehabilitation. The objective is to establish long term cooperation between the partners coming from both sides of the border through a joint Telemedicina system, the establishment of regional osteoporosis centre and rehabilitation system. The target group is formed by all partners and associated partners involved in the project: Bihor County Council, Medical Out-Patient Center Service Provider Non-Profit Ltd., Kenézy Hospital and Clinic Medical Service Provider Non-Profit Ltd., Oradea County Emergency Clinic and Hospital and the Clinical Rehabilitation Hospital Felix Spa. The indirect beneficiaries of the project are the specialist medical staff of the above mentioned institutions and the patients that receive treatment there.
