Dear partners of the HURO Programme,

The Joint Technical Secretariat and the Info-Point of the Hungary-Romania Cross-border Co-operation Programme 2007-2013 would like thank you for your engagement and hard-work during this year, and at the same time, wish you and your families a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, full of joint success and prosperity! Let`s concentrate on achieving our common goals in the upcoming year as well!

Pleas note, that during the last week of 2011 and the first week of January 2012 the JTS will be only partially staffed, therefore a limited service will be available.

Hungary-Romania border counties will receive almost 19 million Euros for joint projects

144 soft projects submitted within the fourth Call for Proposals are approved for funding in the framework of the Hungary-Romania Cross-Border Co-operation Programme with the total amount of ERDF subsidy exceeding 18,9 million Euros.

Information-days HURO/1101

Linked to the Fifth Call for project proposals opened in the framework of the Hungary-Romania Cross-border Co-operation Programme 2007-2013, the Joint Technical Secretariat organized, on the 16-17 November 2011, a series of information events, held in four cities of the eligible Programme area.

We kindly inform potential Applicants of the HURO/1101 Call for Proposals that on 18 November 2011 the English version of the CfP and the Application Package has been modified.

Programme annual event: Co-operation Conference and HURO FEST

Over 700 people from Hungary and Romania attended the Hungary-Romania Programme’s annual event “Co-operation Conference and HURO-FEST” that was organized on 21 September 2011 in Debrecen, Hungary.
