Cross-border workshop - trade 23 July 2012
Project title:
The Project HURO/1001/208 entitled "Development of technical studies and plans for improving the roads infrastructure in order to enabling the access to the crossborder road network" aims to improve traffic conditions between Doba and Tyukod partner communes.
Direct beneficiaries are the inhabitants of the two partner localities: 2200 inhabitants in Tyukod and 2700 inhabitants in Doba. This project contributes to a coherent and integrated development of road infrastructure in the border region of Eastern Europe.
The project will ensure closeness of communities to more easily exploit the opportunities offered by joint development of border area, allowing the integrated development of the NUTS III regions.
The two main activity packages refer to the elaboration of the technical documentation for the road infrastructure\'s rehabilitation, and to the development of the cross-border commercial relationship between Doba and Tyukod through cross-border meetings on various topics of common interest, and also meetings between representatives of the two public institutions.
This activity will include cross-border meetings on various topics of common interest, and also meetings between representatives of the two public institutions to discuss issues of cross-border infrastructure.
The meeting between the Romanian and Hungarian trade investors will function as exchange of experience doubled by the cross-border feature of meetings. It is expected that the event will be attended by approximately 40 people. Location of the event: Tyukod Weddings home, Szabolcs - Szatmar - Bereg County, Hungary.
