We have the pleasure to invite you to the closing event of the HURO/0901/110/2.5.1 „ Limit of value” project, which is going to take place from 10:00-12:00 on 23rd March 2012 in Újfehértó, Hungary. The „Limit (of) value – Development of innovative cross-border public service system” project was implemented between April 2011 - March 2012 with the participation of 4 municipalities, Újfehértó, Nyíradony in Hungary and Sacueni and Cherechiu in Romania. The main target of the project was to create a unique, cooperation based service system involving the municipalities, NGO-s and entrepreneurs. Following the analysis of the operation of the partaking settlements, municipal development strategies were established based on the result of strategic workshops, where the partners could share their best practices with each other. As a result of the close cooperation between the municipalities, NGO-s the Europe-Gate EGTC (www.eruopakapu.eu) and Érmelánc cluster (www.ermelanc.hu) was founded, which organisations started their operation. The ’Founding Four’ wish to sustain the municipal strategy based, value-oriented cross-border cooperation model, which serves the satisfaction of the regions’ inhabitants and could be a model in the European Union as well.
